Society Registration process in Udaipur and Rajasthan

STEP 1: DRAFT MOA & RULES & REGULATIONS OF SOCIETY – A consultant would be required to draft MOA and Rules & Regulations of the Society.

STEP 2: CONDUCT FIRST MEETING OF SOCIETY – All the members will sign the MOA and all the pages of MOA and Rules & Regulations of the Society will be signed by President, Secretary and Treasurer of the society.

STEP 3: REGISTER ON RAJASTHAN SSO WEBSITE – The registration can be done either using “Citizen” Option using Aadhaar Card or “Udhyog” option using BRN i.e. Business Registration Number. STEP 4: OBTAIN BUSINESS REGISTRATION NUMBER (BRN) – For instantly obtaining BRN, Mobile Number and Email ID along with aadhaar having mobile number is required. For registration refer >> https://br.raj.nic.in/br/BRNApply.aspx#!

STEP 5: SELECT RAJSAHKAR OPTION – Log on to Rajasthan SSO ID as created above. Go to application and Select “Rajsahakar”. The portal will direct to Rajsahakar app and New Registration/Profile Update option has to be selected as shown in image below. Updated Society address, upload MOA, Rule & Regulations and Member list of the society. Add Member details and for each member send the Addhaar OTP and verify the details. Submit the application. Post approval from registrar payment of fee option will be enabled. Post payment of fees, all the documents will be verified and registrar will approve the society.

STEP 6: DOWNLOAD REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE AND MOA & RULE & REGULATION OF SOCIETY DULY APPROVED BY REGISTRAR
